On the 9th of March 2026, form 11am to 1 pm, there will be a talk on what Halal is for anyone who wants to learn! The seminar will cover what makes something halal and how to apply for a halal certificate so it’s definitely worth a listen to!

The launching was held in Merdeka MRT Station on the 26th of February 2026 . It begins with booth touring and a quick introduction of all the collaborators with the Artisan Haven by emcee – Amy.

The founder of Artisan Haven – Ms Jade was invited to give an opening remarks, whereby she has credited to all the collaborators including GME Alliances for the upcoming collaboration – Traditional Sports Day in July 2026 and Book Reading Activities in April 2026.

Afterwards, we were invited to launch the event by removing the Mascot Bears of Tourism Malaysia and we were given with the goodies bag as token of appreciation.

We were then networking within the Artisan Haven area, chit-chatting with each other for the upcoming projects.

Looking forward to the next event carried out by Cawerlyn – the founder of Evoke Charm in March 2026 which is specifically catered for the women community.

JOM DATANG BERAMAI-RAMAI KE BAZAR RAMADAN & PIKNIK IFTAR @ UM ✨🌙

Warga kampus dan pengunjung sekalian! Bazar Ramadan @UM akhirnya akan beroperasi dari 23 Feb-13 Mac 2026 bertempat di Parkir Hadapan DTC, UM! 🎉

Jom singgah gerai dan booth yang menyajikan pelbagai seksyen. Dari nasi kukus, nasi arab, nasi daging, ayam gunting, lauk campur, air balang, Luckin Coffee dan macam-macam lagi ke barang keperluan Ramadan & Syawal serta perkhidmatan dari Perodua & kaunter Zakat. Bukan setakat sedap, tapi harga mesra student dan keluarga! 😋

Bukan saja bazar yang ada, kita juga membuka Dataran Dewan Tunku Canselor UM untuk aktiviti Piknik Iftar. Jomlah hadir sambil eratkan silaturahim sesama warga UM 🥰

On the 14th of January, GME continued their plans for connecting business owners with one another, this time, the team had their tour in Malaysia.

With the success of the previous 2 industry tours, GME isn’t letting up anytime soon, there will be more to come in the coming year, look forward to more news on it soon!

Happy New Year! This year, we here at GME are planning monthly tours for various businesses to get in touch with factories all around the world, this year there have already been plans for factories in China, Singapore, Japan and Malaysia!

And to start the year off, the team had their first tour in China! From the 18th of January to the 20th of January 2026, GME got the chance to bring a few business owners to a factory in China to look around and understand how they operate.

The Guangzhou Sourcing Fair is coming up soon on the 14th to 17th of October 2025! Happening in Guangzhou China the event seeks to help small businesses find a way to expand.

The team also took to a factory to see how the products were made.
